2530g Pale Malt 7 EBC
132g Munich Malt 20 EBC

Mash schedule: 67 degrees for 90 minutes, 76 degrees for 15 minutes.

Hops
50g Hersbrucker 2.1% alpha 60minutes

Fermentation
Yeast: Safbrew WB-06

Rehydrerte gjæren: Drysser over 1dl kokt og avkjølt vatn (30 grader). Får stå i 15 min, rører så om og lar det stå i nye 15 min. Deretter tilsatte vi et par spiseskjeer med vørter og lot det stå i en 15-20min.
